Send as A Gift at Check Out
 

Hello,

I want an option to check mark where customer allowed to send a mail as a Gift Wrapped. With Default Charge.

is it possible

isn't it possible to add additional fields in the registeration?

I don't know if you could add any price to it,

You could probably just add a new product in your admin called gift wrap and add a price to it and advertise?

I'm a newb.. but just an idea

It is not bad but it will not bring good attention to customers. What I want is when customers goes to checkout and see his cart, besides every product he can see check mark box to send as a gift and also allow to be shipped to multiple address if he purchased different products more than one.

Or just show that Under the product page in option as a send as a gift and check mark it.

that's a good idea.. that would be something I'd be interested in.. but I am not a programmer.. :cry:

You could just add a global product option for giftwrap so they can select which products are sent giftwrapped and charge per product.

:wink: Once again, a low-tech solution that gets the job done.

Yes, that is good idea to give option but it would look much better at checkout and also I will have to go for each products and add option for send as a Gift which will take forever. And I sell DVDs Only so it will be easy to just make one option for all of them . But well something will come up.
