X-Payment and old customers
Hi,
I had X-payment installed this summer by Qualiteam. I noticed a couple of older customers who had registered with our store in past years, are now saying their orders have "Failed". The shopping cart with the new X-payment seems to be rejecting their cc. Is there an issue with X-payment and previously-registered customers? |

X-Payments requires almost all of the customer info to be present. So if some of the old customers did not have phone and try to checkout now without providing it - the checkout will fail.

Yes, I noticed their phone# is missing when it should be required. I'll let them know to enter that bit of info and hopefully that will solve the problem.
