X-Cart forums - X-Payments & tracking pixels

I have added affiliate impression pixels to a site I'm working on, and it's working everywhere except in X-Payments. This was the e-mail they sent:

- Please place the impression/abandonment pixel on this page so that we may begin your abandonment integration.

What file should I put the impression pixel in for it to show up on the x-payments pages? The site is using X-Cart 4.5.4 and X-Payments 1.0.6. We will be upgrading everything soon, but need to get this impression pixel working right away.
