simple template help
 

I have an aviation products store with about 450 products. I'm just trying to add a featured section on my main page and can't seem to figure out how to do this without buying a template. I'm ready to buy a template but I want to make sure I get the right one. before I purchase anything can I add a featured products or new products section to my main page with a simple fix?
I would also like to embed my wordpress blog within xcart if possible. I currently have it going to another URL but would prefer to have the top navigation stay the same and blog show up under the top navigation menu..

Hello.
To enable the featured section in your home page you should activate the 'Featured products' module, buying another template is not necessary.
