Shipping Multiple Items ONE shipping fee....
 

Right now I sell small stickers which I can fit multiple in to one envelope. I have fixed shipping set at 4.00 but when I add multiple items in to the cart it is charging 4.00 for each item added in the cart but I don't want that. I just want 4.00 per ORDER not ITEM.

Please advise how to change this.

How did you configure the fixed shipping rate?

You should configure the rate in the "Flat rate" input field when adding your custom shipping method.
