As I remember, Brian had an error <X-Cart 5>/var/log/ folder. Could you please check it in your store and let me know if you find anything there?

I am having this same issue.

During install for x-cart v.5.2.10

What is the fix?

Could you please check the error log in the <X-Cart>/var/log folder?
Are there any errors?
