Will it be possible to detail the bullet points? Although they seem clear, it would be nice to have a short description for people who may not have any clue.

Oh, yes, sure. You can ask about particular unclear bullet point and I will be able to clarify.

Sometimes, we have quite vague plans, so the explanation will not give many details. For instance "Improvements of Multi-vendor functionality" means that we want to collect feedback about current implementation and then decide what to do next. But, I will try to clarify as much as I can.

For example Amazon integration. I just paid a company to do this, (and they have done it excellently I should note) what are your plans for this?

Currently the company I paid have integrated it to import all of my Amazon orders into X-cart 4 store admin and sync all product details including prices, quantity, images etc.

Will it work in the same way?

Yes, Amazon module assumes this kind of integration. The module will synchronize product details and import amazon orders into X-Cart base.

Hi Tony,
As I can see multi currency module on the top of the list for x-cart 5, It's going to use same same IP detection method from freegeoip.net ?
Since last many days this site goes up & down frequently. I have posted in forum also regarding this at http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=70736

In your new module can you please use this server software ?

It would be good idea for IP detection instead on rely on third party site.

I can see currently freegeoip.net is UP but due to some reason it's not detecting IP correctly. Any plan provide some resolution for current modules users ?

I talked to the team and they said that first version of Multicurrency will not contain auto-detection of customer's currency based on IP.

However, I have let them know that when we come to its implementation we would better use https://github.com/fiorix/freegeoip

We're nearing February 2015, no Multicurrency yet. Is this for 5.2?

@RichieRich There is no ETA for Amazon module. I would not say it will come out soon.
@Asiaplay AliPay module is in the progress for X-Cart 4.

Thats bad news since I can't use XC5 without this. I will have to somehow upgrade my XC4 as my payment processor (SagePay) is now becoming obsolete for my version and it will no longer work after July they have said.

Sorry about that Richard.

You can order a customization and our team will implement needed gateway to your existing store. It will be cheaper than upgrading entire X-Cart.

Moreover, we decided to remove Amazon Integration from our roadmap as we cannot give even approximate ETA for it at the moment. Sorry guys for overpromising.
