Xpayments I-Frame not Showing up
I have my development xcart 5.1.11 site on 1point2.net setup to work with xpayments 2.1.3. The problem I'm having is at checkout the Iframe is not showing up for the credit card. Which is what I have setup. If I hit the submit order button the site just continues to load indefinitely. Any idea what could be going on here? Is this a possible permissions problem or something else common? Just FYI checking out with paypal works fine, so it is something only affecting checkout with xpayments.

Also, make sure you have an SSL certificate and cURL installed on your X-Cart server.
TLS 1.x is needed. If you have no idea what all of the above means - consult with your host admin. |

And the best way to understand what's wrong - check X-Payments logs.

It works with self-signed SSLs, too. But in order to be sure about exact reason of the trouble we need to have a look at what you have in X-Payments logs. I posted a link how to get them above. |
Re: Xpayments I-Frame not Showing up
It's not creating any logs. The log folder is empty. Is that part of the problem?

Re: Xpayments I-Frame not Showing up
I should clarify the log folder isn't empty there is an admin folder and a cron folder, but they only contain access.log and meta.log no error logs. Are there some permissions I need to check? I also checked the regular xcart error logs and found nothing.

It might be. Seems to be something wrong with access permissions in your X-Payments installation. In order to investigate we need to go into your server and check everything along with the template no show-up issue, but this is a paid support incident. I see you use X-Payments Enterprise that you host yourself, so chances are very good something is wrong with setup there. I advise to contact our techs using your HelpDesk account. If it is a bug in our software all paid support fees will be refunded, but I do not think it is a bug. Most likely wrong access permissions for your X-Payments server environment. |
