I currently have X-Payments v1.06, where do I get X-Payments v2.0? Do I have to pay $1499 to get X-Payments v2.0?

No, you do not need to a buy a new X-Payments 2.x license in order to get access to new X-Payments version files. If you are planning just to upgrade your existing v1.x installation you need to buy X-Payments v1.x to v2.x license exchange in your HelpDesk account for $389. Please notice that this is for exchanging v1.x to v2.x only. Access to new versions within v2.x branch will be free.
