Order Follow up email mod
 

Hi,

Is there a order follow up email mod that would automatically email customers 2 weeks after the other is completed? Does Marketing Manager Pro do that and is it the only one? I only need the follow up emails and would prefer to have them automatically sent.

BCS has a mod they were working on for this but I have no idea where they stand. I would love a mod that would email a customer 14 days after the order is placed inviting them back to review or rate a product, then receive an incentive such as a discount coupon for doing it.

Thats the one. It is made by WebsiteCM and not BCSE though. You may want to look at getting it directly from WebsiteCM as I think they have free updates to 4.4 and 5. I may be mistaken though.
