Why some payments dont have Capture in X-cart for Authorize.net ?

Hi,
Can anyone help understand why there is no Capture button (sometimes) in the X-cart orders details page? Instead there is this message "This order has been pre-authorized by the payment gateway. To capture the authorized amount or void the transaction, login to the payment gateway backoffice and update the order. After that, be sure to change the status of this order in your store." Yes, Its via X-Payments.
X-cart version. 4.6.5 X-Payments 2.x is Subscription. Payment is Authorize.net AIM. I noticed, these fields were not saved in xcart_orders_extras for that particular orders which had this problem. xpc_saved_card_num xpc_saved_card_type capture_status Thought this might help. thanks, Nishant Rana |

Could you clarify, were these orders placed using a saved card from previous order?

The Payment method we use is Authorize.net AIM. We are not using Saved Credit carts. thanks, Nishant Rana |
