Refunds not being issued
We have recently just switched to X-Payments & have had a few times where I have needed to issue a refund. I have done the emulate transaction deal & have had the status 'refund approved' come through, but have since had customers contact me to say their money hasn't come back into their account.

What am I doing wrong? I thought nothing.

Your X-Payments version?
What payment gateway do you use?
What is the status of the refunded transactions in your payment processor account? Quite often refunds are not issued immediately. E.g. our payment processor 2Checkout sends refund during 7-10 business days after we click "Cancel" button. It can be a case here, too.
