Internal Error (R)

Xpayments has been working fine for several weeks. Then this morning every time you place an order and it tries to go to the XPayments credit card entry page, you get bounced back to my site with:

Order processing error

Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.

Reason: Internal error (R)
Go Back

Anyone else seen this? Where do I start the troubleshooting?

Thank you.

Re: Internal Error (R)

More info. It seems it has not been working for 3 weeks for credit card processing, but Paypal works fine. I'm searching for any and all files I may have editted around that time period, but am coming up blank for now.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Re: Internal Error (R)

Check the logs of X-Cart and X-Payments, they are located at:

- <xpayments-dir>/var/log
- <xcart-dir>/var/log

Most possibly, some of the settings is not correct, and thus the transaction is declined on the step of the validation.

:? Yes, I'm getting it as well for the last two transactions... My installation should have a six month warranty, but the support sent me to this forum... What would 'reset' the settings to be incorrect when they were working fine to begin with.

Best regards,

Redda

Re: Internal Error (R)

My issue was with the security certificate on my X-Payments site. Re-installed and then my host had to reset something else, but all is good now.

Re: Internal Error (R)

Well, I appreciate the response. Turns out all I had to do was 'reboot the server' and I hope that settles it because I can't afford my customers trying to use it and getting an 'internal error' instead of their order going through.

Thanks and best regards,

Redda
