Allowing only Quantity of 1 to be ordered.

So no matter how many of said item are in stock I need to be able to restrict the customer from buying more than 1. Which means they can't change the quantity on the product page or in cart.

How do I do this?

Store Setup -> Cart & Checkout -> Maximum order quantity (per product):

Set that to "1" and that should be what you're looking for.

There is no such thing in my cart. I'm on the latest version 5.1.11
