Paypal news: New Website Payments Pro merchant agreement
 

Hi Everybody,

I think many of you know about new Paypal requirements for those who use Website Payments Pro, but I'll re-produce what I have here anyway.

So if you use Paypal Website Payments Pro you must have Express Checkout (EC) enabled as a payment option otherwise you will receive an increase of .5% in processing rates.

Actually it would be a 1% increase per section 2(g) of the PayPal Agreement:

Failure to Use Express Checkout. If you fail to comply with the requirement to use Express Checkout, you may be subject to a fee increase resulting in up to a 1% increase to your Transaction Fees.
