Free shipping for item + zone
 

Is it possible to set free shipping on select items only when shipping to select zones?

For example I want normal domestic shipping costs on an item but if someone is in say Australia I want the shipping to be free but only free on that particular item (not just free on everything to Australia)

I have a feeling its not possible but thought i'd ask, specially with the latest updates just arriving.
