Iframe Not Displaying In FLC
 

Has anyone else tested this yet?

Xcart v4.5.2
X-Payments v1.0.5
Skin Ideal_Comfort

When setting the Preferred checkout module to Fast Lane Checkout iframe does not display on checkout page (see attached image).
The iframe is being called but for some reason don't show.

When set to use One Page Ajax Checkout it displays.

Did you do a fresh install of 1.0.5? I can't find any upgrade files for xpayments.

I plan on upgrading xcart and xpayments within the next few days.

I 1st tried upgrading using the instuctions located here, but unfortunately was unable to login successfully to X-Payments admin after the upgrade so I used the following steps,

1. Backed up all files and database
2. Uploaded all the files contained in the 1.0.5 package (this does not overwrite your current config/config.ini.php file because that is not contained in the 1.0.5 package).
3. Ran the installer and completed appropriate steps as needed.

And everything seems to be working ok.

I just hope I can figure out why X-Payments is not showing up when using FLC

I think the new iFrame on OPC applies only to payment methods that support iFrame. I don't think AuthNet AIM is one of them.

The iFrame checkout works in one-step checkout routine only.

We didn't add support for FLC routine :( Should we?

Absolutely.
For our company we found that sales went down when using a one page checkout option.
I know most people will argue that one page checkout is the only way to fly, but for us, our customers seem to prefer the "Fast Lane Checkout" method.

I think you should either drop FLC from XC altogether or implement same functionality on it as you have on the OPC (Please don't take the easier path of deleting FLC from XC :)). OPC and FLC should work in a similar ways and support same features. And please make appropriate changes so iframe payment methods can be used without X-Payments ON the same checkout page - there is no need to redirect to new page for iframe payment methods

Please don't drop FLC but support it fully. Many store owners prefer to use the step-by-step checkout process.

We do not have plans to drop FLC. I am not sure if we should add iFrame checkout support for FLC and X-P, though. I'll see how many supporters of this idea will be in this thread.

I have the same problem as eddy (see eddy's picture) if I only have X-Payments as a option for payment or set as primary.

Using lite interface one page checkout
X-Payments 1.05 / X-Cart 4.5.2

but once the customer enters their info and clicks continue, lite interface works fine?

I have set phone ordering as primary, so when the customer clicks credit card, lite interface will show correctly, a simple fix for now but I would like credit card option only.

I would like to see FLC supported just as OPC is. I use FLC in my current live store, and I'm debating whether to continue doing so in my 4.5.2 store. I actually haven't had a chance to look closely at the 4.5.2 OPC.

I can say this, though: if it's as bad as it was in 4.4.4, I WON'T be using it. It was ridiculous to make customers enter their personal info and have to click Apply. The Apply button was hardly visible without scrolling down and it would have been totally confusing for people.

Regardless of what I end up doing, I still want the option of using FLC in case I try OPC and find customers are having a hard time with it. I don't particularly agree with much of the OPC enthusiasm I see in these forums. I am an avid online shopper and I don't mind going through a few steps to checkout. In fact, I often find OPC setups too crowded.

I would like to see iFrame support in FLC. I when using OPC I get calls from new customer who call and tell me that they can't select the payment option. This is because they haven't filled out any customer data, but since the payment option is the first thing they see, they want to click on it and it is disabled.. so I spend time on the phone walking them through the process. Of course I don't know how many "potential" customers gave up and thought the site was broken and went elsewhere.

I would also like to see iFrame support for FLC. I have been using OPC since upgrading to the 4.5.x branch and have noticed a decline in orders.

Yes, it does. It supports all payment processor integrations
