X-Cart forums - Install giving - Warning: Cannot modify header information

I'm installing a fresh copy of 2.1.1 on a test domain before doing a final install on our permanent setup. Everything went fine on the install except on the final step where it asked for the admin name and email. After that step a screen comes up with an error. This is what it's saying.

This is on PHP version 5.4 and Mysql version 5.6.14. There is a "Go to Dashboard" button after the error but if you click it it just goes right back to the beginning of the install with the license agreement. Anyone have an idea of what's going on here?
