Clean URL twig syntax

I've been trying to search the KB and forums but I couldn't find this for 5.3.x

We are looking to post code links for those to paste urls and direct image to blogs etc on each page.

So if someone references: http://www.site.com/cleanurl.html with photo1

How do we code that so it is listed on the page in a textarea code?

I'm not sure if I get what you mean. What is "a textarea code"?
