Order returns Module
I purchased this module after reading:
"If you used X-RMA module in X-Cart 4, this module is its analogue for X-Cart 5." One major difference is it only has "reasons for return", but no "what would you like us to do"- which is a big deal for me. So how is one to know what to do with the return? I wish there was a way to configure something similar to 'what would you like us to do", otherwise this module appear incomplete or i'm i missing something? |

There is a comment section on the 'Claim return' form.
You can rename it into 'What would you like us to do'. |

Thanks for the suggestion, but asking the customer what would they like us to do is giving up control of the return process. The merchant (I) want to set the return rules and have them listed beforehand.
Based on how this module is described, i'ts "just like" Xcart4 version which i have successfully used for years, but in my opinion this is nothing like xcart4 and needs to be re-written to allow merchants to implements their policy, otherwise its just an open return policy option with no merchant control. Qualiteam please look into making this add on better for all. Thanks. |

I don't like that the RMA module in X-Cart 5 doesn't include Gift Cert integration... lots of things have to change before X-Cart 5 is ready for primetime.
