Adding color scheme in ColorSchemes module
 

Good Day!

I want to copy the color scheme "Fashion", change it and use. How do I do it properly, so that when you update the version of the module "ColorSchemes" my changes to stay and work?

All ColorSchemes are simply CSS files. So, if you want to override one of them, you can do it via Custom CSS field in your admin area. Will it work for you?

Do I understand that correctly use the "Custom CSS field in your admin area" and "ColorSchemes" are taking place solely as examples?

While doing the opposite - to quickly match colors using "Custom CSS" and then I change CSS and LESS files my chosen color scheme module "ColorSchemes". The idea is that when the settings are finished - "Custom CSS" you can simply turn off...

Or should be all the changes simply move in Custom Skin, disabling both modules - ColorSchemes and Custom CSS?

You can use Custom CSS or Color Schemes on production as long as they meet your needs. You can use combination of both + Custom Skin, if you eventually get the design you need.

As I understand your situation, you have several options
1) Keep using Color Scheme you've chosen + add extra CSS rules via (Custom CSS, Custom Skin or completely new module)
2) Wrap up all your design changes into css files of Custom Skin module (or your own one) and disable Color Schemes module at all
