Anybody had contact with firetank software lately. I purchased a module 10 days ago and have not been provided any assets or communication regarding the order.

Also raised a helpdesk ticket with them and no reply.

Kind of worrying that 3rd party developers are struggling as ********* have also dissapeared leaving our clients 3rd party modules unsupported and encrypted.

I believe they are no longer in operation.

I tried to contact them for a few months, never received a response.

I placed an order in early November for the feed manager module and received the download links no problem. But this time I requested the same module again for a different site and also that they install the module too.

All I can see is that the order was originally marked as back ordered and now today marked as failed.

The paypal transaction has not been marked as returned. So will now just dispute the transaction with paypal for a refund.

Sparks at Firetank has just contacted me regarding the software install. So looks like they are still trading.
