Having a little confusion with the Simple and Extended CMS modules now---considering that we are stuck in a constant loop of misinformation?


Then, when Simple CMS is disabled we receive this mess:


Skipping the error and returning to the Module Page, trying to install Extended CMS we receive this pop-up:

We are now back to square one, with Extended CMS inactive and Simple CMS enabled.

Enabled? Disabled? Which is it?

Hi Sam,

All features of module Extended Simple CMS are included in Simple CMS since X-Cart 5.2.11. Please, disable or remove module Extended Simple CMS, it is deprecated now, use only Simple CMS.

Error is caused by the Multilevel Primary Menu module. We inform developers of this module about the error.

I suspect the following bug is present in al XC5 versions
In admin go to modules page and search for XXX'

where XXX is the search word and last character is '

This will result in the orange error screen with

[Syntax Error] line 0, col 26: Error: Expected Doctrine\ORM\Query\Lexer::T_COMMA, got ''
