Internal Error

I'm getting an internal error when I go to the payment config page...

any ideas? I think this error log is the one...

ERROR [2012-09-07 15:50:54]
User: MY EMAIL; IP: MY IP
Zone: Transport
Code: CLASS_NOT_EXISTS (110)
Trying to instantiate a class which does not exist - "XPay_Module_PayflowPro_orig"

Affected systems: Transport/Class.php file (99:assert); Transport/Class.php file (135:checkClass); Model/Base/Module.php file (131:__construct); Model/Base/Module.php file (190:find); View/Admin/PaymentConfs.php file (124:getNext); Skin/Admin/PaymentConfs.php file (29:getModulesList); Skin/Admin/Home.php file (196:require_once); Core/View.php file (96:include); Core/View.php file (219:getContent); View/Admin.php file (258:process); Core/Dispatcher.php file (178:process); Application.php file (156:dispatch); /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/payments/admin.php file (26:run)

I'm not sure why it's calling "XPay_module_payflowPro_orig" I renamed that file and uploaded the new one (payflowpro.php) discussed in this forum.

Re: Internal Error

Hi, I've got similar error after having installed x-payments, continuing to adding a store. Before adding a store, I am trying to get in the Payment Configurations area of X-Payments and it gives me "Internal error The requested action cannot be performed. See logs for details". Have you come up with any solution?

Re: Internal Error

I was able to fix this problem by removing and re uploading payflowpro.php.

Hi and thanks for the reply, but I don't have such a file in my x-payments installation. How do you get to the x-payments log files through the interface? (I can see some log files inside "/xpayments/var/log" folder).

Re: Internal Error

it's ok. I fixed the problem. Some files had 600 permissions mode, so they were unreadable by the script. I changed them to 644 and problem was solved. Actually your answer made me suspect this. Thanks for the help :D

Re: Internal Error

You are welcome :-)
I think, it would be nice if there were some kind of more informative error message, like for example, "File unreadable", instead of "Internal Error...", so the user can have a clue as to how to proceed.
