All in One Product Feed

This is not my product, but I did a lot of searching and found this great x-cart Product Feed which is much less expensive than what is available now. I plan to implement it tomorrow.

It is by a company called MagneticOne & they have different feed versions but the all in one has every kind of feed you can imagine for $115! That is so much less expensive than others out there.

Easily export your products to following engines with minimal efforts:

Google Base
Froogle
Shopping.com / DealTime.com
Shopzilla.com / BizRate.com
Generic RSS
MySimon.com (new )
Yahoo Stores (new )

You can see it here:

Hmmm. This compares to Firetank's Feed Manager Pro Bundle for $189. Firetank provides more shops in their bundle, and their custom interface looks promising. I'm looking to buy one of these fairly soon and would love to see some reviews of both of these.

I looked at it until I saw this on the left side navigation

anything affiliated with that crook will never get a dime from me.

I would stick with Firetank. His mods are really well put together plus he is a great guy to do business with and will work with you if you need help.

On comparison I'd say ours is a fair bit more sophisiticated and future proofed, we've also done it for all x-cart versions from x-cart 3.X, 4,0,X and 4.1.X, you can also completely alter our feeds, automated them, email them, save them to server etc etc and it's built not to affect your x-cart installation or admin at all.

There's a MASSIVE amount of flexibilty that was architecheted into our feed manager series due to the complexity of the feed requirements out there. We also offer to create new feeds for you if you supply us with feed specifications if they can be done inside our architecture.

Could you tell us what feeds are included in the Firetank feed? No where on the site does it state this, so I am leary of that. I also wanted to find out if there is the ability to exclude products from the feed. I sell downloaded games and games in the box and on CD. For feeds I only need our boxed games which have their own categories.

Sure, all the feeds you here see are available:

http://www.firetanksoftware.com/fts/customer/X-cart-Shopping-Feeds-cid-26.html

Note, the Feed Manager Pro Bundle includes ALL of the feeds in that category, or you can purchase them seperately.

To exclude/include products you need some customisation done for the feeds which we can provide depending on the work involved.

Could you give me an idea of what the customization would run me to exclude products? You can see my store here if that would help:

I have game categories, then sub categories are Boxed, Download, CD & those products are under these sub categories.
