X-Payments error code 849
 

Hey guys,
I have x-payments version 1.0.5 setup, and am using x-cart versions 4.4.5, 4.5.3, & 4.5.5. We use the 2 step order authorization method (Authorize only, then goto the backend of the website & capture payment). Some orders (affects all websites) receive an error in which the only way to make any changes to the order, is to go into the database & change the order status from "A" to "P". Then changes can be made to the order. the error shows up on the x-cart website in the log "x-errors_xpay_connector-[thedate].php". Here's an example of this log:

Please report this into your HelpDesk account for investigation. If it is a bug - patch to fix it will be provided free of charge for you.

They are not sure if this problem is a bug or not (OF COURSE IT IS!!!), so they insist that we buy a support license for x-payments (Just another way for them to rape us for more money after already spending $1300.00 on their product). Which is NOT happening. If anybody has come across this error (I couldn't find anything online listing x-payments error codes) please let me know.

Matthew,

I just want to note that you are requesting free support for X-P license purchased for $389 more than a year ago and that type of license didn't include free support unlike our current one priced at $1189 (free install, free integration, 1 month free support to make sure it runs just fine).

Never the less, I want to note that even if you buy our support and the issue appear to be a bug we will just refund your payment.
