BCSE Abandoned Cart Shows Two Totals
 

I have recently been checking our abandoned cart report and am astonished at how many customers on our website at www.palmflex.com abandon their cart. What confuses me is that in many abandoned cart details, it shows a different subtotal to the total. See attached images. I don't know why it does this. I understand there may be two reasons: 1) shipping charge or 2) sales tax. However in many cases the order amount is over $80 (we offer free shipping over $80) and the customer is out of state so they should not have to pay for either. Can you please explain why there are two amounts in the Abandoned Cart detail.
