Hi Steve,

Do you have a working demo of the Quick View mod?
More and more sites are using this feature now and I would like to see this in action.
How quick is the display? Is it putting an iFrame into the colorbox?
Besides a text link, is there a way to do a hover reveal for the Quick View link? Kinda like this:

How do these sites put the quick view link overlaid on the product image? I kinda like how the hover state changes when you cursor over the link...

Can your mod do this? Assuming I can add all kinds of content to the quickview .tpl ?

Can I see it on a live store?

I have it on 4.5.x like this for now, still working on it to bring it up to 4.6.x and improve, just need to write down the changes and it will work like this on 4.5.x and 4.6.x as well. It can use link or hover image - will add. It is not using colorbox on 4.5.x but the builtin XC jQuery UI. No iframes. It uses template to output the info so you can add to it yes. I think I had a problem with it in 4.4.x showing properly customer ratings in the colorbox popup.

Hi Steve,

I definitely want this for 4.6.x - and if you can add the hover (css? image?) for the link, that will be the closer.

I will definitely want the star ratings to make the popup -- but if it's just a tpl edit, that's great.I will also add social links and maybe one review with text.

I kinda liked the rounded corner look that you used for your thumbnails... can jQuery offer some animation options for the quick view reveal? The XC stock jQuery is terribly generic.

Please let me know when this is ready.

This module is now 4.6.x ready.

The module for XC 4.5.x and 4.6.x versions is revised to use the builtn jQuery UI and existing XC styling. Combined with the System Messages module it unifies the look and feel for all XC popups in XC 4.5.x and 4.6.x
