What are the best add-ons for reports and statistics?
 

I would really like to be able to get more data from our sales... I would like to see the best selling products, but I would also like to get a breakdown on each customer (how much they bought for, how many orders during a month), I'd like to see how many NEW customers we have, how many times a coupon code has been used and other fun things that can help me develop my sales strategies.

What are your favorite add-ons in this matter?

Google Analytics provides alot of the data you need, but not on a per-customer basis (accounts). For that, you may have better luck with FireTanks 'Marketing Manager Pro'. That will allow you to really drill down into the customer/product relation such as high spenders. They should have a demo available for the backend.

If you are considering Marketing Manager Pro make sure you are aware it does not work with variants. Check this thread
They were supposed to have addressed this issue in V4 but who knows when that will be released.

I absolutely do not recommend Marketing Manager Pro. Besides not using variants, the sort function sorts by page, not by the entire set of results. Its functionality also hasn't been updated in years.
