Global options help - BCSE mod
 

I purchased the BCSE mod for global options and it's not working correctly. I haven't gotten a reponse from their support either.

Anybody around this weekend that could help???

When I select all global options for a new product, the product just acts as if there are no option groups. The "Buy Now" goes directly to cart with the default options listed.

Anyone used this successfully and can help or tell me about something better???

Moving to Third Party Add-Ons. BCS is very good about their support, I assume you have received a response by now?

I didn't mean to criticize BCSE. This may be a very busy time for them. (We all get there don't we?) Anyway, I won't comment on their response time. I just would like a little help.

If anyone else has used this mod though and could offer some insight, it would be very helpful.

Oh my goodness, that's the exact same problem that I'm having. Please let me know if you find an answer, I'm desperate.

Please email us and we will be happy to help. Do note that we are down our first line of support person. His wife is in the hospital again. Things are not looking so well and we are not sure when he'll be back to work yet. BSCE, your emails don't work, I've emailed you (support ticket) several times and have never received any replies. It's ok though, I'll just swallow the 79 bucks and move on with another lesson learned.

On a side note, we really have not had much issues at all with this module in general. Usually it's a usage problem that people do not understand how to use it. Maybe our online documentation will also help.
