I have been looking around for a reward points modification and wanted to know which one is the best, in your opinion?

Okay, we have the mod installed and it appears to be working *EXCEPT* the points are determined by the Price and not the sale price... does anyone know how to fix this? It is kind of urgent. :\

Just got it installed, so am learning my way around it. We also have different versions, but here is a thought.

Do you have the "Global Discounts: Points can discount all products even if 'Apply Global Discounts' is unchecked" box checked?

We don't have that specific option, but no.. the option to be able to use points on all products is not selected because we have several products we do not want included.

But on the products that can earn and have points used to purchase them... the number of points earned is being based off the Price and not the Sale Price or the actual amount paid.

Which may not be so bad, if it weren't for the fact that the number of points needed to purchase the product *is* being based off the sale price!

So if I have a product that is normally $20.00 and I put it on sale for 50% Off.. I will earn 20 points for my $10.00 purchase..... BUT if I *have* 10 points, it lets me purchase the $20.00 product (on sale for $10.00) with just the 10 points!?!?!

Hi, Yes, that is a problem. Sorry I could not help any further, lack the knowledge. Is it working right for products not on sale?
I would open a ticket with BCSEngineering right away.

I have, I just wasn't sure if anyone else ran into this problem?! I actually think it might be working now, just checked-unchecked some boxes.. not sure which ones (lol!) and it seems to be right...?!?!?
