Looking for a good site feedback mod
 

Hi
Have there any good site feedback mod for x cart?
My requirements are -
a) I want to display a good site feedback form when a visitor/customer cross the browser or leave the page with some fields like name, email id, phone no so and so.
b) When a customer buys something and after completion then this feedback form will open to give him/her feedback.

This name and email id must be added in the database for future use to send them newsletter.

Have there any good mods?

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately it is not as complex as your description but at least it is some sort of feedback.

Actually the Product Auto Responder by WebsiteCM is pretty good too.

Have you seen the floating feedback button on the side of a site? http://getsatisfaction.com/ offers that service, fully customizable feedback forms. Haven't used it personally, but I've filled out the forms on other people's site with it.

both looks good.Have there any Xcart related mods?
I want these for site as well as after queued/processed order.These are all third party mod and works fine.But I want to add all of the information's will stored in x cart database.
Have anyone for customization?
