change to css breaks x-payment
 
I made a change to the css file cart/public/templates/default.css and I get the follow error:

Order processing error
Order declined.
Review your data or contact the store administrator.

Reason: Internal error


If I remove the change, the error goes away.

Any ideas why this is happening

I added max-width: 1024px; on page-container div

Looks like you have not approved the changes in X-Payments backend.
Please, see the following link for more detailsError message at checkout instead of credit card form

Thanks for the response. I think you're correct. I have not used x-payments before and client just received a warning email about approving the change.

X-Payments Template Change Approval not showing up?
 
We are trying to edit the cc entry form page template, since a couple of the proportions are off. When we do, it tells us that checkout is disabled until we approve the changes on the Dashboard page of the administrator interface. I login to x-payments to approve the changes, but there is nothing showing up to approve. I have looked all over x-payments to find an approval message, and even checked the dashboard page of x-cart, just in case, and can't find anything. I've even tried logging out and then back in, and needless to say, that didn't work either. Anyone have any ideas?

The ability to approve the changes in the template files is available to the main admin account (i.e. the account which was created during the X-Payments installation).

So, you should login with that account and you'll see the warning and the "approve" link right on the top of the Dashboard page.

Yes, this type of issue is caused by unapproved changes to front-end templates of credit card form. This is a security measure in X-Payments and all you need to do is to approve the changes in the X-Payments admin back-end.
