5.2.12 to 5.2.13
 

After upgrading to 5.2.12 last week I noticed some little cosmetic bugs that I don't really care for. I am wondering if upgrading to .13 will fix these issues?

Here are some of the things I have noticed -

*Footer Links are now in all caps and some are split in the middle of the word

*On product pages, the item on sale icon isn't the little bubble it used to be, now it is the full width of the short description.

*Drag to cart box is blank with a large checkout button on the top

*Clicking on your shopping cart produces a drop down that is poorly aligned

*The checkout screen used to be three columns, shipping address in one, billing in another and payment/shipping method in the third. Now the payment/shipping method column is way at the bottom of column two.

*On that same page, the numbered steps are not spaced from the header text. "1Shipping Address", "2Billing Address" instead of "1. Shipping Address".

*The "same as shipping" checkbox doesn't populate the Billing address fields.

I have some custom code added to my site, so updating is a real hassle. I only want to do it if 5.2.13 will fix these problems and not create new ones.

Upgrade to X-Cart 5.2.13 will not fix this.

Hmm, well interestingly enough the upgrade did fix my issues.. Hmm, I guess my install must have been bad somehow. Any idea how something like that might have happened?

Hello Ben,

A possible reason is that the last (before the upgrade) rebuild process gone wrong and some files were not updated properly.

Also, did you wrap your custom changes into a module? Or did you edit core XC5 files?
