I'm wondering how can get the pay form vendor sales
However the turkey un-accepting the PayPal in the their county

Hi,

Maybe it's easier to turn it around & let everyone know which payment methods ARE accepted in Turkey.
There are many, many payment possibilities & acceptance that integrate with X-Cart, so if you post a list of payment methods that you would like to accept, others can respond with appropriate payment providers that support those payment methods.
