Support Ticket System
 

Now my shop is getting more popular by the day after 4 months of being open (approx 100 hits a day and 5 orders a day) I am getting a lot more emails from customers. TO be honest it is cluttering up my inbox and its hard to keep track of whats what.

Has anybody made a support ticket mod of xcart?

Support ticket systems really aren't part of X-Cart, they are independent. I believe a lot of the mod vendors use Kayako

Just to close this one off..

I went for the Kayako option.

Dont know how I ever managed without it..

I had a few problems with my site with various payment options etc so I went for the online help function aswell as the support ticket.

The online help has no been used yet so Im going to disable and cancel the part next month.

The support ticket system is fantastic, much easier to keep track of things.

Kayako...hands down the best support application for the money. I've got a couple of licenses.
