Models not available in the API Documentation
 

Hi,

There are some model references in the responses. But those are not available when I click on those reference links. For ex - Capost Parcel Items, Restrictions, Conversations etc.

Can some please help me out.

Nobody can or will help you with a post that contains zero specific detail :wink:

Adding a full and up-to-date signature to your forum profile would be a good start. Then re-post your initial query to this thread, but this time, include ALL of the specific details that are relevant to your problem i.e. Describe properly (how and why) exactly what you are trying to do and support this with clear screen grabs if needed and/or url links. You could also add the relevant copied & posted code because Code / HTML / PHP tags are all available when making your re-post, as well as the usual Quote tags.

Hi Team,

I am working on X-Cart integration with our company's product.
So I am trying to access the APIs.

As per the API Documentation, some of the modules information is missing.
Attaching screenshot for reference.

CapostParcelItems, CapostReturnItems etc Mdoules information webpages are not available.

I am checking below mentioned link.

A couple of things @anujaa We're just an end user like yourself, not part of any XC support team. All of the XC modules that you've highlighted are stated as working with XC 5.4.* by XC but... The document that you're working from, appears to have been written for XC 5.3.* back in 2018 and XC5.4.* is operationally different. There's other posts in the forum about the operational differences & the current lack of sufficient XC 5.4.* documentation. XC don't usually post a lot back to the forum themselves so, unless somebody else posts after reading your more explanatory post above, we'd guess that your best option is to raise a ticket with XC and ask for their help, although running a Trial Version might mean that it's a pretty slow response time. You may also wish to upgrade to XC 5.4.0.6 meantime (if you can on a Trial install) and/or maybe run a new, Trial Version of XC5.4.0.6, just in case...

Do you have the Canada Post module installed? Some data is present only if corresponding modules are installed.
