Internal Error After x-cart upgraded to 2.0
 
Hello I am desperatly trying to find a solution to a problem that has shut our website down for the weekend. X-cart techs upgraded my x-payments 1.0 to version 2.0 and didn't tell me when they were going to do it so I wasn't prepared or aware of having to do anything on my end to check to make sure it was working....I just came into work saturday with a ton of failed checkouts. Here is what has happened so far.

1) opened a hot rush ticket saturday (hasn't fixed yet)
2) had new pin codes generated and logged into xpayments and approved thier template changes. (no fix)
3) regenerated new encryption codes and installed on our site www.appletreeauto.com (no fix) used the "test" button to see if the connection was there and it says transaction successfull
4) cleared browser cache and cookies and tried checkout over and over without luck. Run the configuration file and hit "deploy" said ran successful
5) cried from losing 10k in revenue over 2 days
6) logged into the forum for last ditch effort since tech support is now closed for the day with the issue unresolved.

I can tell you I do have 1 error up in xpayments still that says I need to run the cron.php which I cannot because I don't have server level access to run this on a command line. (i don't think)

I woke up at 2 am eastern time to communicate with the techs since there is a 9 hour time change. Was up to 5 am and still no resolve. I had begged that they don't leave me hanging which unfortunatly is what I am feeling. I have always held x-cart in high regard and feeling very upset about this breach of trust.

any help would be appreciated

Your best bet is to turn off XP payment method from cart and activate gateway hosted or iframe if your payment gateway supports it so you can at least process CC payments until QT fixes XP for you

X-cart has fixed the issue.

Per my log files on my site, the x-payments db did not get upgraded and didn't have a field for cc_token. They have added the field and all is well.

I do like the look and feel of the upgraded platform better. Just a very sleepless weekend trying to get it fixed
