How do I remove a block from the right column?
 

At some point I added a "Resources & Downloads" block to the right hand column of a website, but I can't remember how I did that.

I want to remove it now. Might anyone know how I did this?

I'm attaching an image of what it looks like.

Likely in right_bar.tpl Depending on how your skin is set up, this could be in the common_files/customer/main folder

You can turn on webmaster mode in the admin to see which file too.
