Moving host and they loaded Xcart 5 for me -licence ?

I'm just moving my site to a new host and they put Xcart on there for me which is v 5.4.1.17 Does my licence cover this ?
I was going to put my working v4 on there but hey maybe I should try this
Been a while since I did anything major with my store

5.4.x is the one before the big update, but you still need a 5x license for it. does it work? I moved a 4x site to a 5.4.x with the migration wizard fairly easily but it was a small site.

Yes it's a working trial version but for my needs I'll probably just put my V4 on there instead. I'm having to move my host and this company provide what I need for about £20 per year for the smallest single domain hosting with a free SSL but no fixed IP so I'll see how it works out but looks promising so far
