Language Flags
 

Hi,

In the Language bar, how can I replace the EN/DE/FR text with flags/images?

And ideally, show the flags side by side, rather than in a dropdown?

I think you can achieve it with several custom CSS rules.
However, it can be a bit tricky as you have to override and disable those rules that make the selector to drop down when you hover the mouse over it.
Perhaps, you are better to hire someone who could create such a custom module for you.
