T-Hub issues with X-Cart 4.7.6?
 

Does anyone know of any issues with X-Cart 4.7.6 Platinum and Atandra's THub integration platform?

Our client cannot seem to get it working. Gives authentication errors, yet account is setup correctly, files are uploaded to the admin directory and permissions are correct. Their testing file loads, but any of the queries error out for authentication.

I am in the process of building a v4.7.6 site now and my company uses T-Hub. I will try at my earliest convenience to see if I am having similar issues and post my results here. Thank you for bringing this up.

This just came from X-Cart regarding T-Hub and 4.7.6.

Thank you for the details.
It seems that I have found out what causes the issue.
The passwords encryption/decryption mechanism was significantly changed in v.4.5.x and v.4.6.x.
As far as I can see, it seems that the script admin/thubservice.php cannot decrypt the passwords, stored in the database. So, it seems that the issue might be related to outdated version of the script.
If possible, could you please ask the developers of this script if they have a version for X-Cart 4.6 / 4.7?
Please let me know the results.

Did not get notification from the system of your post. Yes, Atandra finally got it worked out. Guessing they had not really worked on 4.7 much before then. Just call and let them know and stay vigilant.
