Need a quote - Custom title / meta tags
 

We need to have complete control over all page titles and meta tags for every product category of the shopping cart.

We will need some way to specify a unique page title for each product category, and also to have unique meta tags for that category including the meta description and meta keywords. The current system of adding a second set of meta keywords for the category to the existing meta tags needs to changed so that the meta keywords for the category *replaces* the "regular" meta keywords defined in meta.tpl

I think we may need a new field for meta description added to the category details page in the cart admin and the code in meta.tpl changed to have the appropriate {IF} statements for both meta description and meta keywords.

For the page title, we will also need {IF} statements to have completely unique page titles for each category.
