How to make Crisp White template "Banner rotation" FULL WIDTH?

Hello,

Can someone tell me How to make Crisp White template and using the STOCK X-Cart 5.3"Banner rotation system in the admin section" (Not the Purchased Banner Rotator) to expand to the FULL WIDTH?

My site home page banner image only expands to 960px.

I'm using:
- Crisp White template
- X-Cart 5.3.1.3
- PHP 5.6

What is your site URL? Also, what are dimensions of the banner image that you uploaded? Is it 960px wide?
