Payment With Iframe Issues

Hi

We have a couple of issues with the layout of the iframe payment template. We are using 4.6.5 with OPC

1) How do you get it to fit so the users does not see scroll bars

2) Where the CVV code is input it just shows a box and no text to tell the customer to enter the CVV code.

I have attached a screen grab so you can see better.

Hey David,

Nice to see you back to X-Payments.

What template did you configure at X-Payments side? Can you share or PM me a screen shot of your shop config at X-Payments side? It looks like you've set a wrong template there (a mobile one for desktop shoppers).

Hi Ambal

Here is our setup. I thought I got the right one.

Well, you should set template "iFrame for one page checkout" if you do use standard X-cart's One Page checkout routine on your site. I checked your site and I see you do not use it. Perhaps you are trying X-Payments on some other web-site.

Anyways, for standard X-Cart's Fast Lane checkout you'd better set iFrame for Fast Lane Checkout.

Also, for 3D Secure checks I advise to set "Standalone page template".

Hi Ambal

I guess you checked our live site - we have this setup for testing on our devbox that uses Xcarts OPC and the screenshot of the problems are from that setup.

I guess we've figured out this one in PMs.
