Oh I don't know about that. Of course you don't want to show false info. My post was about the mod showing in Google overall not if it displayes correct info from the store. If this is the case than it is a serious issue, but you need to find out if it the mdoule or Google....

I am not happy about showing my customers false info.

Actually, this issue was caused by the fact that '/ideal_comfort/customer/home.tpl' template was not patched during the module installation. We have fixed this issue for you.

It's now more than 4 weeks but no change can be seen in google search results. Even test tool http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets shows correct Extracted structured data.

Also Google now support "Data Highlighter" for products.
But on the configuration page of "Data Highlighter", it's not possible to select ratings, date, reviews since it's under "Customer Feedback" tab. In short if your data are under any tab which is not your default tab then you can't simply go to 2nd or 3rd tab because in google window it's not clickable.

If you remove tabs & manually put the product url at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/data-highlighter?hl=en&siteUrl=http://www.yoursite.com/ then it's taking page from it's cache instaed of fresh page. You will have to wait till google re-index your entire products pages !

anandat, I'd highly recommend you to create a new support ticket via your personal HelpDesk so that we could sort all reported issues out. Unfortunately it's hard to say what's going on without any investigation.

Just create a new ticket with a reference to Alex Diatchkov and link to this thread.

Best regards.

Just to be certain, when you use the "structured data checking" tool, what exactly should I be seeing?

If I test a link to a product that is in stock, has a star rating, and a review should all this show on the Google search result?

Thanks :-)

This mod means you can apply for Pinterest's rich pins without any extra work. I did :D/

An example of how it should look like when you check it with "structured data checking" tool is shown on the following screenshot from the module description page on our site:
http://www.x-cart.com/sites/default/files/uploads/rich_snippet.png

What is shown on the "structured data checking" tool result page is theoretically the way it will look like in google search results.
