CDSEO Pro returns '500 Internal Server Error'
 

I have recently moved my hosting provider from one Apache host to another.

I used the X-Cart Dump to download most of the records in the database, transferred the files, and also used PHP-MyAdmin to dump the rest of the 'WCM_' records for CDSEO-Pro.

After restoring these database records, and adjusting the settings, whenever I attempted to navigate to a page driven by CDSEO-Pro clean urls, I get a 'internal server' error.

I think this is the result of CDSEO-Pro having an issue resolving the clean-urls from the database.

Is there any way to debug this?

I've dropped a ticket into CDSEO Support, but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.

Hello lafair.

Internal server error most likely would be a permission issue or an issue with the code in the .htaccess file conflicting with server settings.
Have you contacted your host for assistance with this? They should be able to pinpoint the issue for you by looking at the error logs.
