Two Issues, Mix and Match, and Making Header line up at all times
 

I am having huge issues with my header lining up, i'd love for the site to always be centered and the header and sides to always be uniform sizes, but's jumping a lot, and for the life of me i cannot get the header to line up on any page.


Also, we carry several items that are mix and match ( buy 3 of any book get discount, alternate sizes of coveralls get different prices plus quantity discount)

Can someone give me advice?

Any help is always appreciated. I am trying guys really I am
