Hi everyone!

I am proud to announce new design of our X-Cart.com web-site!

A few hours later we will publish our official press-release with some background info about this Change.

Btw, your comments, observations and criticism are welcome to be posted here.

It's certainly very clean and professional, although personally I think there is a bit too much scrolling on the front page.

Excellent job...much cleaner and so nice to see the yellow and orange go :) Would LOVE it if you guys could carry over the theme to the forums...I think my eyes have suffered permanent damage from this background color ;)

I think it calls for a caption competition for the photo of the guy sat at the computer with his arm round a dog while his wife is back on the sofa looking shifty.

really nice and thank goodness the yellow went away. Makes for easier navagation and the image gives the site a better first impression.

For the years of dedicated service from Balinor, I think X-Cart should adjust the forum design to whatever Balinor wants. For every day he has to go and look at this orange eye sore he should be awarded 100 tech support points!

While I do like the new design, it's not a rocket science to redesign the site. Moreover, our web site needed a redesign for quite a while.
So it's nice we finally made a decision to change the "old worthy" design to something with a bit of a fresh look, but I see no point to make any "press-releases" out of it tbh.

Much cleaner! I agree on changing the forums to be a bit easier to read color wise. :)

Agree - is a much nicer look.... and now looks professional at last !!!...
I am another one who was not a fan of the old orange / yellow look :)

Looks good, nice and clean and the product listings are clearer.

I just have to ask though! What's it running for the cart, is that a modified x-cart? Surely x-cart should use x-cart to sell x-cart, therefore showing x-cart in action while the user actually purchases x-cart then installs x-cart for thier own use so it's x-cart through and through ;)

We do not use X-Cart on the web-site as we are using our own Business Support Software named X-Business there which is actually the HelpDesk you are using to contact us, download software, change licenses, etc. X-Business has lots of other very specific features which are used mostly by us in its back-end.

The reason is X-Cart doesn't implement our business-specific logic and work flows. If we added them into X-Cart it wouldn't be a shopping cart anymore. It would be X-Business :)

Nevertheless, I can confirm that we use our own software to sell our products.
