Download Expander - eGood Quantity Option Removed
 

I'd like to remove the quantity option for eGoods as a product variant in product listings.

Using Download Expander I can sell physical goods and digital goods within the same product but if a customer selects the digital download they still have the option to adjust the quantity. Which for a digital download, the quantity should be set to one.

We tested selecting a quantity other than one for the digital download and it correctly adjusts to one in the shopping cart, but I'd like to tidy up the product listing so the quantity automatically sets to one if the customer selects the digital download option.

Thanks for the heads up.

Revisiting my original question - I've now set the available quantity of the download to one so the customer can't order more than one download (I found some code regarding decrementing quantities for downloads). But with that said, I'm hoping there is something else that can be tweaked so the quantity of one for the download would appear as it would for an egood product listed as a core product rather than have the little drop down arrow next to it.

I hope this makes sense.

PS the version of Download Expander that I have is 2.1.5.

Hello, can some please tell me why the quantity drop-down box is not being remove after you install Download Expander? It is removed automatically through x-cart when your product is an egood but for some reason now that I installed Download Expander it is not removing the quantity drop-down like it is suppose too. Thank you very much for your help.
